@opodo can you explain why you can’t reissue a involuntary change emirates ticket and keep sending me to the airline when its you who I have the contract with? Your customer service has been awful. Anyone reading this do not use opodo. Awful. Unhelpful. Dishonest

@opodo I was wondering if you could explain when an airline cancels their flight 2 weeks in advance - why does it take me 7 calls (each waiting around 40 mins) for your staff to say they will resissue the ticket in a few hours? I am on day 5 of this drama now…

@British_Airways I have two reservations. One for my partner and children and the other for myself. There has been some disruption to the schedule due to a flight in the middle being cancelled. CS are unhelpful and voided my tickets due to a fare issue!!! Expect me to wait 48 hrs

@HMRCcustomers As an example - taxable income is over £59000. Pension paid during the year is £10000. All of this pension has taken by employer prior to tax being deducted (salary sacrifice). Do i still minus 10000 from 59000 for the purpose of child benefit?

@NHSDigital Me and the wife are having issues with the Covid Pass. Not working online or on the App. Says unexpected error has occurred. We are abroad and will be travelling back soon. Is someone able to help us? Thanks
