@choeshow Two questions: 1/Why are arrests only an "option?" 2/What does "will no longer tolerate" mean? What concrete measurable action comes out of that statement. Both statements sound performative and lack action.

@AmericanAir Flight 1565 from CLT to SEA - delayed by yet another 30 min today after original flight being canceled yesterday. My son is trying to get home. We need to know if this flight is actually going to leave. Can you please help.

@AmericanAir 22 minutes before departing to SEA - AA1565 canceled.. only AFTER multiple delays and a close to midnight cancellation yesterday plus multiple delays tonight. Was it mechanical or Crew time out? I've been asking about both and the response has not been satisfactory

@AmericanAir Perhaps I wasn't clear, I'm asking about if the crew will have timed out. That is something that can be calculated prior to them landing. Thank you.

@AlaskaAir Alaska: When I try to change the ticket and select the Monday flight for my son, the same "class" is not available so it won't let my change the flight. Do I actually have to buy a new ticket? Seems like the difference in cabin fare should be waived... Can you help me out?

@AlaskaAir My Son's flight from Burbank to Seattle today was canceled. Online rebooking not working, no one is responding to texts. Are you trying to book him on the next available flight or are we supposed to do that on our own?
