@CurzonCinemas Payment handling on your website is still totally broken, neither renewing membership nor creating a new one works. Is this ever going to get fixed? Have you not noticed a bit of a drop off in revenue this quarter?

@TeamKnowhowUK I’m getting a shockingly poor level of customer service when trying to return an item, entirely in line with your returns policy and consumer rights. How can I return an item bought online? Post it back to your registered address and issue a money claim in court?

@TeamKnowhowUK how can I return a product I bought online? I filled out the online form, and the request was incorrectly denied. I contacted you via Twitter and you have now stopped responding. There’s no option on the phone no. to speak to someone. How do I return an item?
