I love you and your sister with a love I never even knew existed. I could never imagine my life without you both. I simply wanted people to know what a truly wonderful person you are that you carry no hate in your heart for anyone on this earth. If people could see through our eyes and understand what you and your sister went through, they would see the real, loving person you are. You are stronger than you know, more loving and kind than you realize. What you endured didn’t make you bitter . I will probably always carry guilt for not being able to stop your dad, but he was so frightening and overpowering. He controlled so much in this county, and the three of us were just small females trying to survive. We didn’t have the power we only had each other. Now is the time we have here on this earth, and I want us to use it to lift others up. If sharing our story helps even one person, then it was worth opening up and telling the truth. With the time we have left, let’s choose to live happier lives and help others however we can. I love you, and I want you and your sister to be happy now and forever. I love you, Mom 🤍

I have the two best daughters in this world gifts that God blessed me with when He chose me to be your mom. I am so deeply sorry for what you both endured. I carry the guilt of feeling like I let you down. No child should ever be treated the way you were. For so many years, we lived in fear. We felt we had to look like the perfect family on the outside, while hiding the pain on the inside. If I could go back, I would never have married him. He never showed his abusive side while we were dating. For six years, he hid that darkness not only from others, but from me too. No one knew what was happening because he always wore a smile and convinced everyone he was kind. He fooled them all. We held so much inside for so long and are only now finding our voices. Their dad passed away in 2005. God knew what we were going through. I’m sorry to speak about such painful things, but there was very little positive during that time. Heather, you and your sister are my reason for living. I will love you both for as long as I live. 🩷🩷🩷🙏🙏🙏 It’s just the three of us now — and our love is stronger than anything we survived.

I'm so proud of you my baby girl. I love you more than you will ever know. I wish people knew you the way I do. You never hate anyone God knows you have a loving heart! You would give your last piece of food to anyone. Heather is not mean , but it's like when you beat a dog down, sooner or later they will try to defend themselves.🙏🩷🩷

My heart is broken over the loss of my dear friend. You were more than a friend to me, you were like a brother, someone I loved deeply and will always carry in my heart. The bond we shared, the memories, the laughter, and the love will never fade. This loss leaves an ache that words can’t fully express. I am so grateful to have known you and what a wonderful man you were.my daughters loved you too,but I will miss you more than I can say. Rest in peace, my dear friend.
