Today at Config, we introduced new materials and tools, powered by AI but built for creative control. Code Layers. Motion. Shaders. Weave Tools. Generative plugins. I'm excited to share that I joined @figma as VP of Engineering for our AI products. Two weeks in, I can confirm: design is not dead. It's more alive and important than ever. That's what makes Figma such a special place to build. I've been really impressed by the talent here and the culture of craft and excellence. I'm looking forward to working with @kris_rasmussen, @loredanacrisan, @yuhkiyam, @zoink and others who are building the future of design. And we're hiring. We're looking for folks excited to push the frontier of design-forward model training, evals, multimodal, agents, and AI products.
