Everyone agrees trading is a business. Almost nobody is served like it's one. Our most-engaged post ever was one line: "trading is a business running with systems and processes, not human emotions or ego." It wasn't clever, and it wasn't ours. It worked because it agreed with what everyone already believes, and then refused to sell anyone anything. So the question: if everybody agrees, why does the industry sell almost everything EXCEPT what a business needs? A café three months into a new site has records, limits set before the month, a review cadence, rules written while the room was calm, and a process that runs on the owner's bad day. The average funded trader has a chart, an intention, and a "process" inseparable from their mood — which is no process. The distinction the category keeps blurring: advice is not infrastructure. Advice is consumed, agreed with, and forgotten at the exact moment it was needed. Infrastructure acts when nobody is remembering anything. Courses, calls, signals, gurus — advice with a price. Almost none of it is the other thing. We're building the other thing. Shipped: automation that carries a verified rule set, parameter sets localised per market and broker, and a monitor that cuts an engine's authority when it drifts from baseline.
