Virgin Media - no better better than the other lot. Wife has spent almost 3 hours on hold waiting to cancel our contract 3 seperate calls, dropped by you after 50 minutes, and no we are not trying to negotiate price or change suppliers. @virginmedia

@PhilipsCare_UK I have just got a 9002 OLED which has an amazing picture, but every few minutes I get a pop up telling me I need to update the remote control software. when I try (less than 1m from TV) it says it failed and to try again. Frustrating.
