@kefimochi So sorry-- I've been on both sides of that unfortunately. An idea in case it's helpful: If companies are hiring multiple positions, it's a plus to hire a functional team who already knows each other and works well together. I sometimes get applications that way and see it as a +.

@realBrookNash In addition, they shouldn't use technical devices to write. Really a quill and parchment is the only true form of writing. Word docs, spell check, and the use of fonts should all be banned. Lemme go run that by my marketing team.
