I wrote a related take back in Feb: traditional PM/eng/design/DS roles collapsing into a “Product Operator” - one person orchestrating AI agents across what used to be separate functions. Whoop, Oura, and similar tools are great at tracking, but they don’t really connect the dots and tell you exactly what to do (or not do) to achieve your goals. That’s exactly why I built Health Coach. It started as a personal project to help me understand how to reach my own goals based on my health data (I don’t have a Whoop, but I do use Oura and an Apple Watch). For the first time in my life, I was able to consistently see results and make progress toward my goals. What started as a tool for myself quickly made its way into the hands of other people and eventually became an app on the App Store. וופ, אורה ודומיהם מנטרות מעולה אבל לא באמת מחברות את הנקודות ואומרות לך בדיוק מה לעשות (או לא לעשות) בשביל להשיג את המטרות שלך. בדיוק בגלל זה פיתחתי את health coach זה התחיל כפרויקט לעצמי בשביל להבין איך להשיג את המטרות שלי בהתבסס על הנתונים שלי (אין לי וופ אבל יש לי אורה ואפל ווטצ) והתגלגל מהר לעוד ידיים של אנשים והפך לאפליקציה באפסטור. אתה יכול לנסות אותה פה: apps.apple.com/app/healthcoac… היא עדיין חדשה אז אשמח לכל פידבק. אפשר גם לבקש מהקואוצ׳ להעביר פידבק לצוות וזה מגיע אלי אנונימית :)
