@kmcnam1 having managers in-the-loop for benefit stuff like that is always a bad idea IMO. Like in the BEST CASE it's another stupid layer of bureaucracy. Other times, as you saw, it's an opportunity for people to feel like it's their job to invent policy

@tsoding if you got the ice cream cold enough (cryogenic temperatures) you could pump it through channels in the coat where it would absorb your body heat and before finally leaving a dispenser into your mouth at a reasonable temperature. Like a rocket nozzle using fuel as coolant.
