@JustEatUK 12 mins ago my order was 15 mins late. I phone to chase and they said "it's in the shelf, we're just waiting for a driver. It'll be 10 mins " No other apology of course. It's still not here. Will it even be warm when it arrives?

@BritishGasHelp I hope your offers change for the better soon, much as I'd like to stay with you and value loyalty, there are limits. £150-200 over a year pushes those limits for me when there's no other rationale to stay. :) thank you.
