@OctopusEnergy when did your customer service become so bad? Called the general call centre and aftercare and neither can tell me if/or when an engineer will attended for an 8-12 appointment no show!!

@MacticsG1 I’ve not logged in for the same amount of time. Never really played any other game since the alpha of D1. Yet this weekend purchase division 1 & 2 on steam. I get Bungie has bigger things to concentrate on at the minute but it’s sad the only game I play is dying

@virginmedia no internet or TV again in the SN4 area. App says fix by 23:09pm. Why on earth is this going down pretty much every week for the last few months? The reliability is shocking especially when you pay for a service you don’t get! Thankfully my renewal is up in 8 weeks!

@rancid_insane @virginmedia Did that completely solve your issues mate? I joined VM as they were the only provider with full fibre at the time. Fortunately now we have open reach full fibre so I have some options.

@virginmedia Appreciate that but surely someone needs to look into trends of the constant down time. It’s like your network is held together with sticky tape! I don’t stop paying you for a day a week so expect you to provide me with the service I pay for!

@rancid_insane @virginmedia Mate it’s crazy. Last 3 months it goes down pretty much every week or so all day. Yeah it’s like nobody acknowledges anything and just a copy and paste answer! Plus don’t get me started on their call centre 😂
