@kentcdodds I bet your requirements were small per PR? I've had similar results with my software factory when I spend the effort up front using INVEST, Gherkin AC, and breaking things down into the smallest deliverable value. Love seeing product engineering gaining traction!

Just like we used to do as humans (non-deterministic) writing code/tools (deterministic), but now we're delegating non-deterministic behavior to agents like a manager/tech lead.
When using agents, ensure that everything that can be deterministic, is done with a deterministic tool. Don't try to get the poor agents to follow a deterministic process.
