@dtcprophet Any info on how you name the shipping if you found any wins with this? I suggest trying a fast shipping tier 300% upcharge and naming it Fedex or UPS 2 day delivery, so people know. This is now like 1% of total revenue for us.

There is basically no way to scale a durables / non-recurring brand without short lead times. We bought all of our 2026 inventory to arrive before H2. We sold it all. The only way to be able to meet demand is by using shipping directly from China, you can't be waiting for boats
@codyplof Do a partnership ad, native story static with a lot of text. We have one at a $5 cpm and our aov is $200+
@brenden_delarua I’d retest this, brands that have online retail, or cheaper competitors on shopping I feel like are likely to have brand google ads be more important but, 6.5x incremental seems impossible mathematically
@herrmanndigital Google changed their entire tROAS system on the 17th, so they say. That’s the only change I know of
