That is the history of the Labour government and that continues to be the case.” What are you talking about? That is a string of empty words she thinks sound impressive. They don’t. And that is not the history of the Labour Party. Labour was supposed to be about the working class and putting their needs first. You and your party today could not be further from that. It is grotesque watching her lecture people here who can barely heat their homes. When she says “we”, she means YOU. YOUR taxes. YOUR squeezed pay packet. Not her. Not her colleagues. They get the moral applause. You get the bill. We have already handed over £11.6 billion in climate finance from 2021/22 to 2025/26. Now they want another £6 billion from 2026/27 to 2028/29. We’ve had enough of this rubbish. If the public had a direct vote, this would be scrapped tomorrow. Protect Britain first. Everything else is a luxury we cannot afford.
