@jasminapplebyig Try model/hobby glue! It’s chemically different than super glue, it’s made to bond materials like this. I’ve re-attached small pieces that broke off figurines many times with it.

@_DaveMullins Thanks for sharing! I went to a state school for my animation degree. We were left to our own devices when it came to learning. A lot of teachers and students liked to spline early but my method was much more like this. Glad my intuition wasn’t so wrong haha.

@arvalis @SFpepp I like you RJ, but I have to disagree. My art account on Bluesky got zero engagement compared to here (when I was active), and yes I used a ton of hashtags. And my personal Bluesky feed to engage with friends who left Twitter is just straight up dead despite recreating my TL.

@JimMusilPainter This one reminds me of Galveston in Texas. A few years ago, me and my family stayed in a pink little beach side house. Not quite the same when comparing the photos, but it evokes similar feelings!

@PossumDeMenthe @allisonperryart I wholly relate, sorry you do too. Most of what I learned, I taught myself or learned on Twitter from people who actually have jobs. That was years ago and I realized both from my poor educational preparation and health problems, I needed to change careers. Still sucks though!

@pk_kenzie You’ll always be an artist. Life comes in seasons. You’re allowed to take time for yourself. Mental illness isn’t fair and it’s painful; I’d rather you be on your journey toward living more capably with it than feeling burdened to “be” an artist. Best wishes!
