I wrote a blog post called "How to Bankrupt your Clients" 🧐 and our head of marketing published it with the title "Why AI Agents Waste 97% of Their Tokens on Raw Data" 😴. I mentioned this to my wife and she answered: "Yea, he's right. Not many people have your sense of humor." Chef, serious question: what is NOT the good stuff? I produce EVO (in Italy), the good stuff. The cheaper oil sold around here falls into 2 buckets: 1. Made with olives bought from places like Tunisia and Portugal. By the time they get here, they're weeks old, usually moldy. It's still pure olive oil. Like using old fruits & veg in a dish. 2. Blended with non-olive oil. No one should touch it. All that to say that to us the "less good stuff" is the good stuff that's between 12 and 24 months. We won't touch either (1) or (2).
