want a career in tech? build and bring an audience. making software is getting easier. getting attention is getting harder. startups are running office-culture accounts on X, barstool-style. a16z is embedding niche creators in portfolio companies for distribution.
brands spent decades trying to manufacture trust on social platforms only to admit defeat and rent it from niche content creators. the lesson here is that trust is the most valuable asset on earth, especially in the age of AI.
