@bamahurin This is all where coaching actually comes in. Every player is bit of a puzzle that can take different strategies at times to put together. Just as if you ask some players to perform 1 you will get 2. I hate just using the phrase “feel vs real” but it’s a huge part of the equation

@bamahurin Notice how when you demonstrate 3 your torso is still and when you demonstrate 1 your torso begins to rotate. Every player can be a little different puzzle but some need to think 3 and they’ll get 1 as they swing.

I cannot understand why big leaguers don’t all hit .800. The guy on the couch said just hit the ball where the defenders aren’t. Sounds pretty simple to me.
