@Palak3312 Who told you it was faster. It adds overhead. It's not faster, it's about not blocking execution. IE often for I/o it allows that work to be scheduled and CPU freed up to work on other stuff.

Microservices arent purely decided by scale of users, though scale tends to imply larger concerns, bigger teams, more people working on it, more domains etc. For most simple projects yes a monolith is often all that's needed, early stages it's still micro anyway. Though a simple system today with a few microservices cleanly linked together with a messaging bus (or even simpler queue) and deployed can be done in an hour or two. It's neither difficult to do or manage, providing boundaries are well defined to begin with, and with good tooling. And tooling makes a big difference.

@justbyte_ We use both. Gitlab has horrible UI/UX compared to GitHub in many ways... It's also got a rubbish mermaid renderer However its core benefit is it can be self hosted..

Most coding tests are abysmal anyway. When I've interviewed people, may give them a simple test which relates to something they say they use often. (And on their resume) Though it's expected to get it right anyway as it's so simple. If you actually use something often, it's second nature. If you use AI you won't know if its right. The real test however is to asses general intelligence, aptitude, communication, problem solving attention to detail etc.. traits that all good developers tend to have... Body language plays a part, there's nerves, and there's over confidence .

@suraj_sharma14 The thing I used to do early on was draw down how I wanted a system to work with pen and paper, the system as a whole, without any code. This is still highly valuable.
