I’m one of the fortunate ones. Live in a Welsh valley with sheep farmers grazing their flocks over the surrounding mountains and a really good farm shop supplying us locally. The best meat, low food miles from an Animal who doesn’t need low quality supplemental food, just lush green grass most of the year and hay/silage in the winter. You can’t improve on what Mother Nature provides!
