@MichaelMOTTCM @AndrewOC1988 Am I wrong or did the whole world just decide to normalize their rate curves over the last year? It wasn’t long ago, Germany was -0.5 % for 10 year and Greece was 18%. Now everyone has a pretty sane-looking interest rate curve. Short 3-4% long term 4-5%.
