@yes_joyce37340 @bottomleeknow @Bubblesski_ @wannabuble That surprised me too 😵‍💫 Maybe it's because most are thinking about tipping culture in the US (where tipping doesn't even originate from, funnily enough), which is a whole different level. But tipping itself? Is and has always been a thing here, in MY experience.

@fairyyhosh @bottomleeknow @Bubblesski_ @wannabuble Ich glaube ich weiß davon auch erst seit ich für ein Restaurant gearbeitet hatte, tatsächlich sind es wohl 5-10% oder man rundet wie du sagst einfach auf. Sind alles keine festen Regeln. Ich z. B. gebe auch nur bei gutem Service Trinkgeld.

@fvllmetally @fairyyhosh @bottomleeknow @Bubblesski_ @wannabuble Deutschland. 10% sind hier absolut üblich (bzw. nach Recherche sind es 5-10). Oder man rundet einfach auf. Oder man lässt es. Unterschied zu den USA ist einfach, dass es hier freiwillig ist.

@fairyyhosh @bottomleeknow @Bubblesski_ @wannabuble Ich kenne es so, dass 10% die Norm ist. Ich versuche immer, mich daran zu halten, außer ich bin zu doof es schnell genug auszurechnen, lol. Dann runde ich auf. Aber, genau, vergleichen mit den USA kann man es nicht. Trotzdem ist es hier sehr normal, meiner Erfahrung nach.
