Dr. Kyle Gillett reveals why taking common supplements like creatine is secretly sabotaging your hair health
"There is an association between creatine and hair loss, specifically because creatine can increase DHT levels. DHT is a potent androgen that can bind to hair follicles and accelerate miniaturization, especially in men who are already genetically predisposed to male pattern baldness"
"If you have high levels of DHT and you are taking creatine, you are essentially pouring gasoline on the fire. You don't necessarily have to stop taking creatine, but you do need to understand the mechanism of how it's potentially interacting with your hair"
"We see this all the time in clinical practice. A patient comes in concerned about their receding hairline, and when we look at their bloodwork and their current supplement stack, it’s clear that their DHT is being pushed into a range that is likely detrimental to those specific follicles"
McDonald's loses lawsuit against chef Jamie Oliver, who proved that the food they sell is unfit for human consumption because it is highly toxic.
Chef Jamie Oliver won a lawsuit against the world's largest fast-food chain.
Oliver demonstrates how hamburgers are made.
According to Oliver, fatty cuts of meat are "washed" with ammonium hydroxide and then used to fill the hamburger patties. Even before this process, the TV presenter says, this meat was unfit for human consumption.
Oliver, a radical activist chef taking on the food industry, says:
"We are talking about meat that is sold as dog food and then served to humans. Aside from the quality of the meat, ammonium hydroxide is harmful to health." Oliver calls it "the pink slime process."
What sane person would put a piece of meat soaked in ammonium hydroxide into a child's mouth?
In another initiative, Oliver demonstrated how chicken nuggets are made: After the "best parts" are selected, the rest—fat, skin, cartilage, eyes, bones, head, feet—is subjected to a mechanical separation process called "Canica"—a euphemism used by food engineers. This blood-pink paste, which is deodorized, bleached, refreshed, and re-colored, is then coated in flour and deep-fried. It is typically fried in partially hydrogenated oils—in other words, toxic substances.
The food industry uses ammonium hydroxide as an antimicrobial agent, allowing McDonald's to use meat in its hamburgers that is unfit for human consumption. Even more alarming, however, is the fact that these ammonium-hydrogen-based substances are considered "legal components of the production process" in the global food industry, with the approval of health authorities. Consequently, consumers will never know what substances are in their food.
Please stop giving this fake food to your children.
A man invested $53,000 of his family's savings into a dying video game store. Hedge funds laughed. He turned it into $48 MILLION and made Wall Street beg Congress to stop him.
> Keith Gill was a 34 year old financial analyst at a Boston insurance firm in 2019. His salary was ordinary but his conviction was not.
> He believed GameStop, a struggling mall video game retailer trading at $5 a share, was one of the most undervalued companies in America.
> Wall Street disagreed. Hedge funds had shorted the stock so aggressively that more shares were shorted than actually existed. They were certain it was going to zero.
> Gill invested $53,000 of his family's savings and started posting his analysis online under the name DeepFuckingValue on Reddit and Roaring Kitty on YouTube.
> Nobody took him seriously. He kept posting anyway, week after week, with nothing but spreadsheets and conviction.
> In January 2021 retail traders on Reddit's WallStreetBets discovered his posts.
> They started buying. The stock went from $5 to $483 in three weeks. A 9,600% move.
> Hedge funds that shorted the stock lost BILLIONS. One firm alone lost $6.8 BILLIO and had to be bailed out by other hedge funds.
> By January 27 2021 Gill's $53,000 investment was worth $48 MILLION.
> He lost $13 MILLION in a single day when the stock fell. He held anyway, without flinching, without selling a share.
> Robinhood restricted buying of GameStop without warning. Retail traders were furious. Congress summoned Gill to testify.
> He showed up in his Roaring Kitty headband and said three words that became the most quoted phrase in finance that year: "I like the stock."
> His employer fired him and paid a $4 MILLION fine for failing to supervise his trading.
> He went quiet for three years. Then in May 2024 he posted a single image on X. GameStop surged 50% the next morning before he said a word.
> By June 2024 his position was worth $289 MILLION.
> A Hollywood film called Dumb Money was made about the saga, starring Paul Dano. He has never spoken publicly about it.
He invested $53,000 into a stock Wall Street had already written off for dead. Hedge funds lost BILLIONS.
Chase limits you to 5 credit cards. Amex limits you to 5 credit cards. You hit the wall and stop applying because you think the bank said no more
The bank didn't say no more. The bank said no more UNLESS you know the product change loophole
You can call any bank and convert an existing card into a different product with no hard pull, no new application, and no change to your credit age. The old card disappears. A new card takes its slot. Your available slot is now open for a brand new application with a brand new limit on top
The play:
You have 5 Chase cards. You're at the wall. You call 800-945-2000 and say "I'd like to product change my Chase Freedom Unlimited to a Chase Freedom Flex." They swap it. Same limit. Same account age. Different product
Now Chase's system shows you have 4 unique products and 1 slot open. You apply for Chase Ink Business Unlimited. Approved. $30K limit. You now have 5 Chase cards again but with $30K more in total credit than 10 minutes ago
No hard inquiry was generated by the product change. Only the new application creates a pull. You effectively added a 6th card's worth of credit to a 5-card system
This works at every major issuer:
Chase: call 800-945-2000. "Product change [current card] to [target card]." Instant in most cases
Amex: call 800-528-4800. "Convert my [current card] to [target card]." Usually instant
Citi: call 800-950-5114. Same process
Capital One: more restrictive but possible on some products. Call 800-227-4825
US Bank: call 800-872-2657
The cards you product-change INTO must be in the same family. Personal to personal. Business to business. You can't product-change a personal card into a business card. But within each family the options are wide
Chase personal product change options:
Freedom Unlimited ↔ Freedom Flex ↔ Sapphire Preferred (downgrade only from Sapphire Reserve)
Chase business product change options:
Ink Business Unlimited ↔ Ink Business Cash ↔ Ink Business Preferred (downgrade only)
Why this matters for funding:
Most operators hit 5 cards at Chase, 5 at Amex, and think they're maxed. They move to smaller banks with worse limits. They leave $50K to $100K in potential Chase and Amex credit sitting on the table because they think the slot limit is a hard wall
It's not. The slot limit is a revolving door. Product change your lowest-limit card, free the slot, apply for a new card at a higher limit. Your net credit goes up every cycle
The real sequence at Chase:
Round 1: Ink Business Unlimited ($30K) + Ink Business Cash ($25K) + Ink Business Preferred ($15K) + Freedom Unlimited ($10K) + Freedom Flex ($8K)
Total: $88K across 5 cards
Round 2 (6 months later): product change Freedom Flex ($8K) into Freedom Unlimited (now you have two, that's fine). Apply for a new Ink Business Cash. Approved $28K
New total: $116K across 5 cards. Added $28K without touching your credit score more than one inquiry
Round 3 (6 months later): product change the lowest-limit Ink into a different Ink product. Apply for Ink Business Preferred. Approved $20K
New total: $128K
Each round adds $20K to $30K in Chase credit without exceeding the 5-card limit. Over 18 months you've squeezed $40K to $60K more out of Chase than someone who hit 5 cards and stopped
Multiply this across Amex, Citi, and US Bank and you're looking at $100K to $150K in additional credit capacity from banks that already approved you. No new banking relationships needed. No new bureau exposure. Just product changes and reapplications into the slots you freed
The 5-card limit isn't a wall. It's a door that rotates lmfaooo

did door to door for like 6 years. selling junk nobody asked for, doors shut in my face all day. then I got into reta myself, lost a bunch of weight, and it clicked one afternoon eating lunch in a mcdonald's parking lot, the customers are all right here, why am I knocking on doors. so now that's what I do. fast food places, walmart, wherever. I find the biggest person there and I just talk to them. real talk, not a pitch. they always end up telling me how they've tried everything and nothing works, and that's when I mention what reta did for me. couple weeks later they're messaging me to reorder. $55k so far selling GLP-1s out of a cooler in my trunk. and yeah I know how it sounds
Genetically Modified Ketchup: Heinz Ketchup just got the “Contains Bioengineered Food Ingredients” label.
Your family’s trusted BBQ and burger staple is now officially Frankenstein food.
That’s mostly GMO high fructose corn syrup (92%+ of U.S. corn is bioengineered) + sugars from bioengineered sugarcane and sugar beets that spike blood sugar, fuel inflammation, and mess with hormones & gut health.
Plus a non-disclosed secret proprietary blend of 'natural flavors' that is kept from public knowledge.
You thought you were just squeezing tomatoes… but you’re feeding your kids ultra-processed junk while the brand keeps the same nostalgic red bottle.
Ditch it. Make your own in 5 minutes.
Quick Homemade Ketchup (no HFCS, no GMOs):
• 1 small jar (6 oz) tomato paste
• ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
• 2–3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp mustard powder
• Pinch black pepper + optional cayenne
Mix until smooth. Stores in fridge for weeks and tastes way better.
Throw out the Heinz. Make homemade instead.

I'm a cardiologist. I've held dying hearts in my hands in the cath lab at 3 AM. And I need to tell you something that changes everything about how we prevent heart attacks.
For decades, the entire field was built on one target: lower LDL cholesterol. Statins save lives — that's settled science. But too many of my patients did everything right — took their statins, hit their numbers, lived clean — and still ended up on my table with a ruptured artery.
We were treating the smoke while the fire kept burning.
The fire is inflammation. And the evidence is now overwhelming.
The CANTOS trial proved it first — lowering inflammation independent of cholesterol reduced cardiac events. But the newer data is what keeps me up at night.
AI-enhanced CT angiography can now detect inflamed arteries by measuring changes in the fat surrounding your coronary vessels — the perivascular fat attenuation index. Higher inflammation in the fat around even one artery independently predicts cardiac death. When multiple arteries show inflammation, the risk multiplies dramatically — even in patients whose cholesterol looks perfect.
This isn't theoretical. This is measurable. Right now. On a scan you can get this month.
Low-dose colchicine — a drug that's been around for centuries for gout — is now FDA-approved specifically for reducing cardiovascular events. It works by quieting the inflammatory cascade that destabilizes the plaque sitting in your arteries. A pill that costs pennies is saving lives the statins couldn't reach.
And the next wave is already in Phase 3 trials. Ziltivekimab — an IL-6 inhibitor — targets the central inflammatory pathway driving atherosclerosis. Phase 2 data showed a 90% reduction in hsCRP. The ZEUS cardiovascular outcomes trial is enrolling now, with results expected late 2026 into 2027. If positive, anti-inflammatory therapy will become standard in managing heart disease alongside lipid-lowering. The era of inflammation-targeted cardiology is arriving.
But it goes deeper than drugs. AI is now predicting heart failure and cardiac events 5+ years before symptoms — integrating CT imaging, electronic health records, and genetic data with accuracy that jumps far beyond traditional risk calculators.
And polygenic risk scores — a simple genetic test that flags inherited cardiovascular risk — are now formally recognized as a risk-enhancing factor in the 2026 ACC/AHA guidelines. A single blood draw can reveal risk that's been silently building since birth. Decades before the first chest pain.
Here's what this means for you right now — today:
Ask your doctor for a high-sensitivity CRP test. It's cheap, routine, and measures the systemic inflammation that standard cholesterol panels completely miss. You can have perfect LDL and inflamed arteries that are quietly preparing to rupture.
If your hsCRP is elevated, discuss low-dose colchicine with your physician. It's FDA-approved for exactly this.
Push for a coronary CT angiography with AI plaque and inflammation analysis if you have risk factors. This isn't the stress test your parents got. This is 3D visualization of your actual arteries — with AI quantifying not just how much plaque you have, but what kind it is and whether the surrounding tissue is inflamed.
Consider polygenic risk score testing — especially with a family history of early heart disease. It's now guideline-supported.
And the foundation that never changes: move daily, eat real food, sleep 7-9 hours, manage stress, and know your numbers — ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP, fasting insulin.
I left Iran as a child with nothing. I rebuilt everything in a country that gave me the freedom to become a physician. I've spent twenty years watching patients get second chances.
The ones who haunt me aren't the ones who died on my table. They're the ones who survived but never acted on what the science was telling them — years before the event that didn't have to happen.
You can have perfect cholesterol and still have a heart attack. Inflammation plus genetics can drive plaque rupture in arteries that look "fine" on a standard panel.
The myth that normal cholesterol means you're safe has cost more lives than I can count.
We now have the tools to detect the fire — not just the smoke. AI to see it. Genetics to predict it. Drugs to quiet it. And the ancient basics — movement, real food, sleep, purpose — to prevent it from starting.
Prevention is the new cure. And the science to make it real is no longer coming.
It's here.
One ATM in the right gas station makes $1,900 a month in cash
The IRS sees almost none of it
And the bank will fund the machines AND the cash that goes inside them at 0%
Here's the business nobody romanticizes because it's not sexy. You own the ATM. You fill it with your own cash. Every time a stranger pulls $40 out, you charge them a $3 surcharge. That surcharge is your income. The $40 you get back the second their bank settles with you
It's a vending machine that sells money and charges a fee for it
The play:
Step 1: buy ATMs. A new one runs $2,000 to $3,500. A refurb is less. Buy 5 to start
Step 2: place them where cash still moves. Corner stores, gas stations, bars, clubs, food trucks, laundromats. You split the surcharge with the location owner or pay flat rent. They want the machine because it keeps customers spending inside
Step 3: load them with cash. This is the part everyone forgets. A busy machine holds $8,000 to $15,000 in float. That float is what the bank's 0% money covers. You're not spending it, it cycles back to you every few days as people withdraw and their banks pay you
Step 4: collect. A well-placed machine does 300 to 600 withdrawals a month at a $3 surcharge. That's $900 to $1,800 per machine, in cash, monthly
Stack the cards for the machines plus the float, place 5 to 10 units, and it adds up fast
Real numbers. Guy bought 6 refurbished ATMs and floated them with $60,000 in 0% card money. Placed them in 3 gas stations, 2 bars, a laundromat. Averaged $1,400 a machine. About $8,400 a month, mostly cash, on the bank's float
A word on the IRS: ATM surcharge income is taxable and you should report it, I'm just telling you it's cash and cash businesses have... flexibility. Talk to your accountant, not me
The bank funded a fleet of machines that sell their competitor's product and charge a toll for it lmfaooo

APPLE BANKS ON YOU PAYING $2.99/MONTH FOR ICLOUD FOREVER.
You don't need it.
I freed 47GB in 10 minutes without spending a cent.
Here are the 5 steps to copy:
1 ▸ Kill the Photo Storage Trap
Go to Settings → Photos → turn OFF “iCloud Photos” if you don’t use it. Then open the Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted → Delete All. iOS secretly holds deleted photos for 30 days. That alone usually frees 3-8GB instantly.
2 ▸ Offload Apps You Don’t Actually Use
Settings → General → iPhone Storage. Scroll through the list. Tap every app you haven’t opened in 30+ days and hit “Offload App.” It deletes the app but keeps your data — so you can reinstall anytime without losing a thing. Easy 5-10GB back.
3 ▸ Clear the Hidden Cache in Safari and Messages
Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
Then Settings → Messages → Keep Messages → change to “1 Year” (or 30 days if you’re ruthless). Old attachments, GIFs, and message threads take up more space than most apps. This usually recovers 4-12GB.
4 ▸ Delete Large Attachments Without Scrolling Forever
Settings → General → iPhone Storage → tap Messages → “Review Large Attachments.” iOS shows you every large photo, video, and file ever sent to you, sorted by size. Delete the junk in 2 minutes. I pulled 11GB out of this one step alone.
5 ▸ Force Reboot to Clear System Cache
Once everything’s deleted, force restart your iPhone (volume up → volume down → hold side button until the Apple logo). iOS rebuilds its system cache on restart and releases storage it was holding in the background. Final 2-4GB usually shows up here.
No iCloud upgrade. No new phone. No paid app.
🔻 LED LIGHTS FLICKER 120 TIMES PER SECOND. YOU CAN'T SEE IT. YOUR BRAIN REGISTERS EVERY SINGLE ONE. THIS WAS KNOWN BEFORE THEY MADE THEM MANDATORY.
In 2012, the U.S. government banned incandescent light bulbs. The reason given: energy efficiency. The real reason is in a document that was never meant to be public.
In 2007 — five years before the ban — the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory completed a 14-month neurological study on LED flicker. Reference: PNNL-SA-2007-4419. Classified: "Limited Distribution — Not for Public Release."
What they found:
LED bulbs at 120Hz produce flicker invisible to conscious perception but fully registered by the thalamus. Continuous exposure over 6+ hours per day: measurable melatonin suppression, circadian disruption, and a 23% reduction in deep-sleep duration within 90 days.
23% less deep sleep. In 90 days. From your ceiling lights.
A former lighting engineer — 9 years at one of three companies manufacturing 87% of LED bulbs in North America:
"We were told the flicker had to remain at 120Hz. Not because of cost. Not because of engineering limitations. Because the specification came from outside the company. It was a compliance requirement attached to the federal energy rebate program. If you wanted the subsidy, you built to their spec. Nobody asked why the spec existed. We just built to it."
The spec came from the DOE. The DOE study proving neurological harm was completed 5 years before the ban. They knew. They mandated it anyway.
What 120Hz flicker does over years:
Melatonin suppression. Pineal calcification accelerates. Immune response weakens. Emotional regulation deteriorates. Attention span shortens. You become easier to agitate. Easier to distract. Easier to control.
Incandescent bulbs: continuous current. No flicker. Smooth light identical to fire — what human biology evolved under for 300,000 years. They banned the one light your brain was designed for and replaced it with one that degrades you 120 times per second.
The fix: Replace LEDs in rooms where you spend 4+ hours — especially bedrooms — with incandescent bulbs. Still legal as "heat lamps" or "rough service" bulbs. They never disappeared. Just relabeled so you wouldn't look.
Your sleep problems are not stress. Your brain fog is not aging. Your irritability is not personality. It's 120 invisible pulses per second, every waking hour, in every room you enter.
CODE: PNNL-2007-4419 / 120HZ-PWM / MELATONIN-23 / DOE-SPEC-MANDATE / THALAMUS-REGISTER

They banned the light your brain was built for and replaced it with one that breaks you so slowly you blame yourself. The bulbs are still available. They just made sure you'd never think to look. Share this.

In 1980, Richard Pryor agreed to an interview with a Mormon high school public access station while on his lunch break from filming STIR CRAZY in Arizona, but literally none of the footage was usable for tv because Pryor was high on cocaine and let it all loose
A four-year college now costs $100,000.
In 1980 it cost $8,000 in today's money. Nothing else inflated like that.
How?
Washington guaranteed every loan. Universities charged what they wanted. Bankruptcy law was rewritten so you can't escape.
By design.
You can put $69,000 a year into a solo 401k pre-tax. Then borrow $50,000 of it back at 9% interest that you pay TO YOURSELF.
The IRS lets you fund a retirement account, deduct the entire contribution from your business income, then loan the money out of the account to yourself. The interest you pay goes back into your own account.
You're the lender. You're the borrower. The IRS subsidizes both sides.
The structure:
You're self-employed or own an S-corp. You open a Solo 401k through Carry, My Solo 401k Financial, or Solo 401k by Nabers. Setup cost: $400-$800.
For 2026 you can contribute:
$23,500 as employee, pre-tax
Up to $46,500 as employer, pre-tax
Total: $69,000 per year deducted from business income
If you're 50+, add a $7,500 catch-up. Total: $76,500.
Tax savings at 37% federal + 5% state bracket: $69,000 x 42% = $28,980 in year 1.
You moved $69,000 from taxable income into a retirement account. Tax bill drops by $28,980.
Now the loan provision kicks in.
The IRS lets you borrow up to 50% of your Solo 401k balance, maxed at $50,000. The loan term is 5 years. The rate is Prime + 1% (currently 9%).
You borrow $50,000 from your own 401k. You write yourself a check. Use it for whatever (business operations, ad spend, inventory, a real estate down payment).
Then you pay back $50,000 over 5 years at 9% interest. The principal AND the interest go BACK INTO YOUR 401K.
Total interest paid over 5 years: roughly $12,300.
That $12,300 isn't going to Wells Fargo. It's going into your retirement account. You paid yourself the interest.
Net effect:
$69,000 deducted from business income year 1
$50,000 in your hand to use immediately
$50,000 + $12,300 added back to retirement account over 5 years
Tax savings year 1: $28,980
You captured $28,980 in tax savings AND got $50,000 in working capital AND you'll have $62,300 in retirement when the loan finishes.
Compare to taking a $50K business loan at 9% from a bank:
$50K borrowed
Interest paid: $12,300
Interest goes to: Wells Fargo
Tax savings on the loan: $0
Net cost: $12,300 to a bank
The Solo 401k loan saves you $12,300 in interest payments to a bank AND gives you a $28,980 tax deduction on the contribution that funded it.
A graphic designer in Denver runs his entire business through a Solo 401k loan cycle. Contributes $48K/yr. Borrows $30K every January. Pays it back over 5 years. His retirement account has grown to $487K in 6 years from a starting balance of $4,200.
The bank's job is to lend you money and collect the interest.
You can be the bank.
dm me "funding" and i'll show you how you can qualify for up to 250k in 0% APR funding (if you have a 700+)
