@HeroesStoma Not many people attempt to eat sweetcorn. I find I have to chew it loads and then it comes out a bit like the peas.

@MichaelaKHayes Welcome to the #ostomy community Michaela. I'd suggest understanding the skin and #stoma first before deciding what to use. A convex stoma needs less extras than concave, or uneven skin needs additional products to help. Your best decision will be to stop bag leaking/unsticking

@louisehelenhunt Wow, I've never been offered the chance for deficiency testing. I also get forgetful, fatigued and anaemic, so I think it should be done routinely! Nice tweet and hope it gets the recognition for those tests.

@Sahara88uk That's surprising you've only just gone onto iron tablets. I've been anaemic the whole 20(um) years with #crohns and thought anaemia and fatigue were almost hereditary with #autoimmune diseases. I hope you get the result you want - presumably more sleep and energy!
