@asda_mobile Have tried to register my daughters talk & text sim. But keep getting error code. I called and spoke to someone who assured me all was sorted but I keep getting texts saying I've not yet registered. Can someone help please? 😊

@OctopusEnergy sent an official complaint to customer services on 9th Feb, no reply after the promised 10 working days. Sent another email on 22nd Feb to chase up, still not had a reply. How do we escalate this to the next level please? complaint reference 14830851.

@TicketmasterCS I didn't take a note of the reference number and as i stated all correspondence is going to the old email address I no longer have access to as it was my old work email for a business that is no longer in business.
