@currys You cancelled my order on the Black Friday weekend. I had to call to find out it was due to your inability to process all of the orders in time! Rather than email to say it would be delayed? Still waiting to get a refund after 5 days. Not impressed.

@tescomobile Bought a Motorola G13 and it is cutting off mid call. Known issue with latest G models, no fix from Motorola. Need a refund as it is not fit for purpose as a phone. Please DM.

@tescomobile Normally I'd agree Emily, but Motorola have posted that this is a known issue affecting all the G models. There is no fix possible as it is a design fault. Lots of others with the same issue. forums.lenovo.com/t5/moto-g13/in…
