It’s important to remember that no MOU is required for us to leave & to continue declaring victory. President Trump’s MOU and the recent peace efforts have resonated with voters and brought tremendous relief. This war was very unpopular—the American people want the war to end and the SOH to stay open, not for us to get sucked back into a quagmire while trying to enforce an MOU. If the MOU is honored by all sides and results in peace, that’s obviously a good thing. But an MOU that necessitates the resumption of military operations, dragging us back into war in order to enforce it, entirely defeats its intended purpose. Without a U.S. presence in the region, Iran can’t attack us and loses its leverage. It’s time to walk away.

We are pleased to report that our new 1,800 tpd processing facility in Kellogg, Idaho is on track to produce its first batch of concentrate for sale by the end of June. Over the past several weeks, our team has successfully commissioned the plant using waste rock and has now transitioned to processing run-of-mine ore through the crusher and into the fine ore silo. Final commissioning of the grinding, flotation, thickening, filtration and tailings filter press circuits is progressing in parallel within our closed-loop water management system. This achievement reflects the dedication, expertise and determination of the entire Bunker Hill team. It’s official. Toy Story 5 had the biggest domestic opening weekend gross of any movie so far in 2026, with a media reported $160 million. It’s the 7th different movie in the past three months to have a domestic opening gross above $75 million, which Toy Story 5 far exceeded. As for AMC, in the U.S., we posted the highest attendance, highest ticket revenues and highest food & beverage revenues of any weekend so far in 2026. In all, 4.8 million guests visited our theatres globally Thursday to Sunday. We congratulate our friends at Disney and Pixar, as well as all the film makers behind Toy Story 5, for their delivering a theatrical event that clearly connected with audiences. Toy Story 5 scored a dazzling 94% from critics and 95% from moviegoers on Rotten Tomatoes. And given our close dealings with Taylor Swift over the past several years, we also want to highlight and salute Taylor’s #1 chart-topping smash hit song, ‘I Knew It, I Knew You,’ which she wrote and performed for TOY STORY 5. Movie after movie is doing so very well in theatres. Let me break it down in a simple way that I’ve been reporting from the beginning. To invent a vaccine for a disease that didn’t exist, our scientific Einsteins used taxpayer money to partner with communist China to create the dangerous virus in a lab—So that they could create a vaccine for it. Covid was a result of primarily US funded vaccine research, and that’s the thing they could not let you know. They stopped at nothing to obfuscate, misdirect, cover their tracks, protect themselves, and controversialize anyone telling the truth. The scientific establishment and media aided and abetted. I can think of no more impactful, crimes and violations that have occurred in our lifetime.
