"build a community" = useless "set up a Discord with 3 free channels and 1 paid tier at $29/mo using whop" = useful "monetize your audience" = useless "DM ur top 50 engagers, offer them founding member pricing at 40% off for 48 hours" = useful "create value" = useless "post a win from a member every monday, do a live Q&A every thursday at 7pm, drop a resource template every friday" = useful "nurture your leads" = useless "set up a welcome sequence: day 1 intro video, day 3 free resource, day 5 testimonial, day 7 soft pitch, day 10 hard pitch with deadline" = useful "grow your server" = useless "pin a tweet with ur discord link, add it to ur bio, mention it in every thread, offer a free resource for joining" = useful if someone tells u to "build a community" but can't tell u: what platform what price point what channels to create what content calendar to follow what onboarding sequence to use they don't actually know they're just repeating shit they heard from someone who also doesn't know specifics = knowledge vague concepts = vibes i only speak in specifics.
