@benedictevans And the web view often serves up pages from around 2001... And the booking page often can't retrieve the bookings and finally different prices on Web and Mobile app 🙈

@quookeruk I had one of your lovely cubes installed and it's packed up at 2 weeks, a hideous wait for Customer Services otp and no engineer to fix for 5 weeks! seriously? I am sure a swap out will take 10 mins! I expect so much more from a premium brand :(

What's going on @British_Airways you seem to be pricing differently on your app to website at EXACTLY the same time for EXACTLY the same flights 🤷‍♂️#BA #flights #inconsistent

@mbna Yeah gave up unfortunately, 1h30 is enough to be told I'm being answered shortly, felt like it was the mid '80s. Just cancelled my card on the app. Been a customer for over a decade, shame.

@mbna do you actually have anyone working for your customer service? No matter when I call 'you are particularly busy' ~ maybe time to invest in people if your technology is unable to resolve the problem #beenanhouralready

@christianhern @HIDELONDON have nice rooms, otherwise @_littlesocial has a great table at the back of restaurant behind a curtain. Still get atmosphere of restaurant there rather then just a room.

This is quite (un)believable, it's like, at minimum, a monthly occurance. Not only are the systems creaking, when working the user experience is horrific and outdated too. With the UK leading in design and showing tech excellence we should be proud of BA. Shame.

Hey @British_Airways our Captain has tried to call, email to let you know your IT systems are down so your whole fleet is grounded… just @ tweeting you in case you hadn’t heard 🤦🏻

@AddisonLeeCabs pre booked airport pickup 10 days ago, ref: 208239 and no show @ T5. Feedback doesn't work in your app so putting it here, so unreliable, called customer services who didn't have a clue so jumped in an @UberUK . What's happened to your reliability?

Second time I've used the 'pre-order' function with @ubereats_uk and it says it's coming and never arrived. That's it, had enough, off to @Deliveroo now... Clearly it's a feature that's not implemented well 😥
