@BobEUnlimited Fidelity and Schwab were on the losing end of the move to ETFs from MFs, where they collected marketing fees for platforming funds. Now they are trying to milk ETFs the same way. Investors hate it.

@insane_analyst It has the operating cash flows and balance sheet to pay the dividend, imo. Given intensifying competition in the more or less saturated wireless and broadband mkt, capital return through buyback and dividends are perhaps a desirable thing too.
