Go from 0 to 3 in short period of time is a lot. Parents usually go 1 by 1 and build resilience and patience with time. Also learn that children have different temperament. Watch out for the anger part. It something that you can sense coming from your gut before it peak. If you were the parent I would say to pay attention to that feeling I decide to not let it grow, that is how you develop patience. But as an uncle, get away from the children...
