Sometimes, I can’t be bothered to cook so I get a takeaway. Maybe a pizza from Dominoes, a Macscabby burger or a Chinese/Indian meal but the choice on the menu becomes extremely limiting if you’re watching your FA intake. No Yorkshire pud or gravy at the Carvery for me tomorrow😕

I had the same thing in Morrisons. I couldn't find a single loaf of bread that didn't contain synthetic folic acid. Even bread made with Rye, Wholemeal and seeded. There is no opt out option here..
@ABridgen Spent 20 mins in Tesco earlier checking ingredients on bread as I have to avoid folic acid due to medical reasons. All wholemeal, seeded, and sourdough ALL had folic acid, not a single loaf without, so I didn’t get any bread.
