@Jeremy_Hunt @GillWaltonRCM This kind of honesty is SCARY! I don’t think someone that doesn’t trust birth physiology should even be called a midwife. If you, or her haven’t experienced a physiological birth then how can you both talk about this like you know?

I just called a restaurant in NYC to make a reservation, and was asked if the group was exclusively adults, as kids are not permitted since they are not vaccinated. A society that excludes children from public life. Dystopia.

A must read. Racism within maternity services is real. The solutions offered to solve this ignore the problems and create further risk for the birthing person. Risks are high for black, brown and minorities people birthing *because the system is prejudiced against them*
