@Imagineer6 @HelmsmanFreddy What’s the wildest is for an attraction like Tiki, up until recently they used a manual clicker that a CM used to individually count everyone, and every hour they would call that number to give the hourly count. Including at 12:00, or 3:00am for the WDW CM on the phone lol
@Imagineer6 @HelmsmanFreddy Well tbf the people they call work from home now since Covid I think. But they’re based out of Florida. Managers and leads have access to the app that you can change the wait time on. Everyone else has to call. Do they actually have some sort of automatic system at WDW?
