Last week I hosted a webinar about Design Systems in 2026.I talked about how our role as designers is changing. Not just designing components in Figma, but taking responsibility for how they’re built, behave, and reach production code. I shared my personal workflow. How I work with Cursor to generate components, and what day-to-day collaboration with developers looks like on Consistent UI. I wasn’t there to showcase a tool or chase a trend.
