@Wonderg01709659 @SouthernHsg_UK Add to that an intercom that’s been broken for 18 months and needs replacing yet they kept sending the same company to “repair” it, and graffiti that’s been there 6 months and shows on their systems as removed. Useless.

@Wonderg01709659 @SouthernHsg_UK Yet they kept wasting money sending letters to everyone telling them to remove some cleaning stuff from under the stairs, that belonged to their own cleaners 🙄
