@VirginAtlantic I have two refunds that were never processed. One is from Feb 28 of this year, the other from Feb 26, 2023. Just points bookings on VS flights that were cancelled. These had schedule changes with no refund fee. Didn’t receive Refund confirmation nor money

@united why is it that UA749 would get a gate before UA1150? Both are SFO-EWR flights, and 749 landed a full half hour early. Sitting an hour on the ground and watching the flight that left after you go to the gate is pretty miserable. There’s multiple 772 compatible gates open

@EylonALevy The vowel placement looks like how Arabic handles long vowels, with an offset almost between the letters. Even with short vowels, they are often not centered as is the tendency in Hebrew. I’m no expert, but this raises more authenticity questions for JVP

@united I had checked my account and saw a FFC in someone else’s name. I reached out concerned it was either fraud or a data leak. I was hoping contacting 1KVoice would help, but this completely misses the mark. The lack of care about the situation frankly makes me more concerned

@AirlineFlyer @PANYNJ @EWRairport @IFlyOAKland The same system is used at YYZ which has ridership much closer to the EWR AirTrain. They manage to run multiple trainsets at a decent frequency. Definitely more spacious/comfortable compared to the monorail

@_ZachGriff @United @United is historically bad at actually loading Kosher meals (or the correct amount), speaking from experience. But when they do, the kosher short rib and the non-kosher are indistinguishable. You’d only know the difference from all the plastic wrap!

@AirlineFlyer A huge difference in the experience for NY too, showing SBS buses could massively change how you’d plan on traveling through some areas of the city. And don’t even get me started on commuter rail on Google Maps, you’ll be waiting ages for that NJCL from Hoboken

@united Return flight is also short on #kosher meals. Called/confirmed on 3 separate occasions and even had a supervisor re-add the request to be sure they were on the flight. Flight crew can see we ordered, but they (again) weren’t loaded onboard. Unfair to the #jewish community

@thepointsguy As the pax sitting next to Ben on this flight, I can say that @VirginAtlantic has one of the best products on the market. Beats my go-to @united, was even better than @British_Airways Business & First (all 3 flights with them had broken seats and didn’t get any promised comp)

@Albertoriva @VirginAtlantic To close the loop on this, it took a while but @VirginAtlantic did finally make the situation right. The staff at TPA leaves a lot to be desired though compared to those on more established routes. Despite the hassle, after their apology I would fly them again!

@VirginAtlantic How long does it take to hear back from the customer care team? Staff at TPA, LHR, onboard, and over the phone said 1-2 days (or business days in one case). After multiple people saying they’ll “escalate” my issue, it’s been one week and no one has responded to me

And as an aside, the “I am sorry the airline business is complicated and sometimes hard to understand” is just patronizing. Don’t blame pax for your mistake, and don’t double down with an insult either @united (FAs was great though, not their fault they were set up for failure)
