More station skipping from @SW_Help this morning, making sure the disruption is maximised for as many people as possible. Passengers really are such an inconvenience...

Hi @SW_Help @SW_Railway I’m told you don’t reply to tweets containing expletives. In that case, please can you tell me why the 18:24 Clapham-Woking is and absolute silly billy every single blinking day? Literally every day since you took the franchise over.
Between @SW_Help and @LDNOverground it is physically impossible to get to work on time. And it’s really, really fucking annoying.

So, your service is fucked AGAIN @SW_Help. What a surprise. Instead of making an empty apology to me, could you get in touch with everyone’s employers instead and explain to them why a whole swathe of the country is perpetually late to work?

Aaaaaaand I’ve missed my connection yet again because @SW_Help can not run a fucking rail service. You may as well have a blind fucking Labrador in charge. At least you could understand why things were so miserably shit in that case.

Update: after two days of travel on @SW_Help in 2020, I’ve now racked up 84 minutes of delays. How is this either acceptable or worthy of increased fares? Absolutely disgusting. @transportgovuk @grantshapps
So far this year I’ve made two journeys into work. Total delay time so far = 65 minutes. Incredible work from @SW_Help
Huge lack of surprise on faces throughout the station as it turns out the @SW_Help network is completely fucked for the first proper day of commuting this year. And still the fares rise...
@SW_Help Maybe you could just pass the message on? What I’m really after is an answer regarding why this happens.
First commute of the year and I’ve already had to run to catch a train I was 10 minutes early for because those @SW_Help cretins announced a platform change as the train was pulling into the station. Why does this happen? Why heap even more stress onto your customers?
@SW_Help @Lord_Chancellor Do you think any fare rise at all is in any way justified, though? My fare has risen every year for the last 15 years and the service is worse now than it was back then. Any idea in which decade these improvements will come to fruition?
