@Adolfoferrero No! Implanting an adequate sized metallic AV in a 38 year old patient with severe bicuspid AV stenosis is actually much better , it will last for several decades with low grade warfarin.
Agree with you 100%. This is a 7 year old Inspiris removed from a woman in her 60s last year. If you read the 10 year COMMENCE data you would think that nothing ever happens to this valve. The correct way of doing that study would have been to double blind it with a Magna.
#inspiris implanted 6 years ago. There is very little clinical data to suggest this valve will be as durable as it's predecessor, Magna or MagnaEase. But certainly more expensive. @tomcnguyen @DrZeigler1 @Abedeanda @APolancoMD

I have never seen a patient with a failing aortic bioprosthesis placed with a “root enlargement” in the past whose coronaries were high enough to qualify them for a valve-in-valve TAVI.
