@HalifaxBank You’re already investigated and concluded “tough luck” despite admitting your errors - what more could you take a look at? This has been raised with the FOS as the conduct is nothing short of damning!

@LloydsBank @HalifaxBank fumbled my card chargeback claim and missed the relevant deadline set by Visa - then tried to wriggle out of it. Eventually, they admitted it was their fault, but still they insist the charges are valid (despite having lost me my right to a fair review)

@British_Airways a member of our group suffered an injury while in your lounge at LGW. The incident was reported at the time but our requests for a copy of the incident report over the last 2 weeks have been unsuccessful. What are you playing at? Whats reason for the delay?

An hour on the tarmac on a sweltering @British_Airways plane with no AC, now an hour waiting for bags at AGP - the in ingestion system is not the issue, the incompetent airlines and their contractors are!
