Small thing my team does that I love: an "in the works" banner right on the Figma thumbnail. No opening files to check if they're ready. Anything that isn't done gets the banner, so before I even click in, I know not to review it yet. (Saves me time from giving premature feedback) Such a tiny detail but saves us all time.
