@curryspcworld Just waited for over an hour to speak to an agent on your Webchat service just to change a delivery date. Finally get through to an agent (Agent Shubham) and they don't reply! Shocking customer services.

@opodo_truth @opodo @IATA Yesterday the EU Commission confirmed under Section 3.2 of REGULATION (EC) NO 261/2004, that customers with cancelled flights are entitled to a refund. Stop denying refunds by offering vouchers only online and then shutting down customer services!

@holly_weller1 @opodo Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I always get the same message after requesting "Speak to an agent" which says "⚠️ Kindly note that our English customer service team is currently not available, however you can continue to chat with me, Kris the chatbot" I'll keep trying!

@saracgrady @opodo_truth @opodo Theory is they're holding off on refunds because they think the UK government/EU will introduce relaxed laws soon abnout when/if customers are due their refunds. Keep proof of contacting Opodo in case you need to do a chargeback/travel insurance claim. Rate them on TrustPilot!

@IATA Please review @opodo Opodo's IATA membership. T&C's 3.1.2(b) say "You can reach the Opodo call centre on 0333 300 0291 from UK (local rates apply)." - however they are not answering calls on this number and have not provided an alternative means of contacting customer services.

@simonparsons19 @opodo @ABTAtravel I believe @opodo are not ABTA accredited but are @IATA accredited. IATA - please consider looking into Opodo's current level of customer services. Their license should be revoked.

@Skyscanner @opodo I booked my flights through Opodo after finding them through Skyscanner. Opodo's customer service is an absolute embarrassment and you should re-consider your relationship with them. I know I'm not the only customer whose lost £ due to the scam that is Opodo

@opodo I have called your customer services team twice today. First call I was hung up on after 1hr 47 mins. I call back and after an 1hr 3mins on hold, your agent hangs up on me and tells me to call back in 3 hours! Absolutely appalled.
