Anxiety is supposed to guide our thoughts and actions toward a relevant goal. However in modern society- we haven’t been taught how to navigate ideas. We’re told to just listen in class or listen to authority. So our anxiety is wandering just like the rest of our thoughts.

You will never change someone else’s mind.
@waitbutwhy with an incredible visualization of a decision tree. You can always make better decisions in your future and it will always lead to better opportunities. For me personally, this was a life-changing idea and sticks with me to this day.
If you feel stuck or that you have been stagnant or ready to make a change in your life the first and most basic step is writing it down. Put the thought or the change you want to see into physical existence. -now it’s time to put in the work. HOW do you act upon that thought?
