Keep posting your gym and diet pictures. I've had friends start working on their health by watching my stories losing over 50lbs. My co-workers started high protein diets and workouts. Strangers reach out to me weekly that I helped give them that push to hit the gym even after a hectic day at work. Just by posting workout pics, you hold the power to inspire someone. Do it.
