In case you’re wondering, @MTNza still has not resolved my issue despite multiple apologies for the inconvenience and delays, multiple tickets logged and nothing done. I am still paying every month for 10GB that I am not receiving. MTN do not give two hoots about their customers

@MTNza how is it possible that you are so useless? I have logged about 8 service tickets and sent 12 emails trying to get you to give me what I pay for and you do NOTHING. Every month you don’t give me the 10GB daytime data that I pay for. Sick and tired of the shocking service
