Fail fast. No — fail faster. In my experience, that’s been the #1 lesson. Followed closely by: CUT YOUR LOSSES SOON. And yes — sometimes you’ll be angry at yourself. Metabolise it. Learn. Move on.
Female founders, make sure you’re not taking money with hidden sexual / romantic agendas. What may look innocent at first, can become a massive long-term issue. Listen for the smallest of clues when scanning for investor alignment.
The feminine principle is relational, collaborative, context-rich and longer term. Building our systems and incentives with the masculine principle of linearity, competition, siloed thinking is what got us in this inflection. It’s time to restore balance.

Theories and postulations abound. Knowledge, understanding, and confidence—all rendered futile when one is tasked with assembling one’s parachute while in freefall. Divine providence, grant me a stronger shoulder, for a lighter burden is not an option on this journey.
Sexual energy transmuted into creativity holds the ultimate power. From this whirl, all light and darkness arise. Creations mirror the conscious and unconscious intents of their makers. Thus, conscious leadership, without deep self-awareness, is a mere theoretical construct.
Conforming to societal molds breeds suppressed rage, igniting inevitable indignation. The pretense of inadequacy is a farce; silence must yield to decisive action. Do not sleepwalk through life; awaken to your potential and assert your true self with resolute determination.
Discernment and discipline are the order of the day. Discernment to distinguish competence from self-proclaimed confidence. Discipline to prepare rigorously while embracing creative stillness.
Mothers and fathers are the architects of beliefs, holding the keys to liberation or confinement. Fortunate are those whose parents instill self-belief in them, for they are light years ahead. The less fortunate must strive before entering the game of life.
