We are very sorry for the wait, again and again and again. Don’t be sorry just get the right number of people answering the phones.

@SagaUK why do I wait 20 minutes then get asked to do a phone survey and then get cut off after 20 minutes and nobody to talk to. Bad enough that insurance has more than double but your service is just shocking 😮

@British_Airways It won’t be a problem again as we won’t travel long haul with you again and certainly not business class. It’s 2024 and an operator saying they can’t check bags through to destination even though they operate both legs- plain daft.

@British_Airways checked in at Manchester for Heathrow flight but not allowed to check bags through to connecting flight to Santiago in Chile despite both being BA flights and business class…….not very helpful.

@British_Airways So unhelpful - systems are so archaic - I can check in on the same app where all flights together but you can’t check luggage through even though you’re the operator. You could - you just can’t be bothered. I will avoid long haul with BA again - over priced and poor service. 😡

@waitrose why do you use @DHLParcelUK for delivery when they switch tracking off. Nobody wants to wait in 12 hours for a delivery. Said I was next delivery and then the tracking disappears (every time). Won’t use waitrose cellar again as delivery appalling.

@bandq_help just visited your Bangor N Wales store to buy two bathroom fitments c£1,000 but left empty handed as nobody was interested in helping us. Basically felt like an inconvenience - despite being v quiet and lots of staff just standing around. Poor

@DirectLine I did that but they didn’t know the answer - it’s a simple question that nobody seems to want to answer? The renewal should quote last year’s premium as other policies do - it’s a regulatory requirement.
