@flynas It's a funny world. You postpone the take off, offer me a refund, send me a link to claim my refund, then tell me I can't get one because of no show - would you be kind enough to enlighten me ?

@SharafDG - when I buy a new phone, is it reasonable for the battery to fail on day 2 and then wait 3 weeks for it to be sorted out - isn't it simpler to send a replacement or di they all have faulty batteries ?

@wizzair Such a shame that you spend so much attracting talent and customers then drop them. Controversial but how about looking after your customers. Who knows they could become your advocates

@wizzair Or if you organize a well-earned break and you learn en-route to the airport your flight has been cancelled - no-one at the airport to explain, you rebook with someone else and wait 30 days for a refund and no compo. Just wondering do witches brooms get cancelled at the last min?

@LynneW1956 @wizzair I'm pleased for you, however that's not the experience in other parts of the world, it wouldn't be so bad if they treated us as Customers - we're not unreasonable issues happen. Noticeably they haven't commented - tells you all you need to know !

@wizzair Or maybe your flight gets cancelled and you're left in an airport with no explanation, no staff to assit and a flat refusal for compensation - zero cost flight would still be expensive
