@laurenfleshman Instead of goals, I use word of the year for me to focus on and/or setting a sankalpa. A sankalpa in yoga refers to a heartfelt desire or intention. Love has been great a great word and sankalpa. Are my actions based in love? Of self? Of others? How can I be more loving today?

@lawnmoney @willahmed I found customer service to be helpful...spoke to them on Friday. The engineers are looking at my battery issue. Hopefully its resolved soon as I have a dead Whoop right now that I am paying for that I cannot use. I just reached out again.

@VincentJAccardi @whoop I do that all the time. Garmin on the left wrist and Whoop on the right. For a while, it was Garmin on the left and @whoop and Apple Watch on the right.
